New Cards, Bumblebees and Spring

six colourful greetings cards on a white mantelpiece

New card designs.

The days are noticeably lighter, primroses and snowdrops are flowering in our garden and Spring is on my mind.

These cards are now available in our gallery shop. Click on the pic of the card to take you there.

“Buff-tailed Bumblebee”

The bumblebees will be coming out of hibernation soon.

“Bumblebees”

I took a bit of artistic license with this one. I do know that honey bees do the waggle dance not bumblebees but the pattern appealed to me!

A delicate drawing celebrating the new, green shoots heralding Spring.

The colours came from a recent pastel landscape painting and the pattern was inspired by moth wings.

This was inspired by some lovely Victorian tiles in the public library in Montrose, Scotland.

P.S. The art print above the mantelpiece is also available in our shop. It’s called “Dusk” and comes in two sizes A3 (as in the photo above) and A4.

Warm wishes,

Laura.
